Back in my day we had to work for it and it like a 0.002% chance of getting it out of a veteran’s box so you will likely never get it.

I don’t think enlisted will ever add anti aircraft tank because the enlisted map is two small add you can place a normal anti aircraft gun that covers most of the map.
I will add you so you can play a game with it.
Every nation already has a SPAA

I guess they could do it but they need to move it out of a tank slot into a SPAA instead like the APCs
