This is a proposal for a new class of soldier.
New soldiers: Flag Soldiers. They are equipped with a flag, a bugle or whistle, and a pistol. The sounds they make will inspire their surrounding squad. (Soldiers will also yell, like in WWI events.) Randomly adds or upgrades perks. (Such as vitality, reload speed, melee speed, etc.)

Worst job in any army. During my time in army I always slowes down in PT test and let a dozen people finish before me. That way, I didnt have to carry the damn unit flag

The mechanism you mentioned is quite interesting.
However, many players have already suggested installing a similar mechanism in the medical soldier profession, but the gaijin have not adopted it.
Moreover, they won’t have soldiers waving flags with sickles and hammers in the game because they are a capitalist company, not a socialist or communist enterprise.
PS: The players marked with the “friend” icon in the picture are those on my blacklist.
The gaijin has refused to fix this bug for nearly one year.
