An issue that needs to be addressed at BR 3 is the current absence of a BR 3 tech tree German semi-automatic rifle with a telescopic sight. From an authentic point of view that should be the Gewehr 41 of which both the Mauser and Walther version are known to have been equipped with the ZF 39, the ZF 40 / ZF 41 and the ZF 43 (B) telescopic sights which were used in front-line combat.
The BR 3 Gewehr 41 with the ZF 40 / ZF 41 telescopic sight is already included in Enlisted, but sadly this currently is still only in the form of a premium squad. The BR 3 Gewehr 41 with the ZF 40/ ZF 41 really should be altered to be in the tech tree, that would be both authentic and good for USA, Russia vs Germany play balance at BR 3.
More than 100,000 ZF 40 / ZF 41 telescopic sights were produced and used in front-line combat in WW2, making it the most numerous telescopic sight used by the German military in WW2. The ZF 40 / ZF 41 was used on the Kar 98 k, Gewehr 41 (Mauser and Walther version) and MKb 42, the idea behind this telescopic sight was to make it easier for a riflemen to identify and hit targets up to about 300 meters, which also happens to be the usual combat range in Enlisted.
Up till mid 1944 the most numerous German semi-automatic rifle in front-line service was the Gewehr 41 Walther.
In addition to the 118,000 Gewehr 41 Walther that were produced, about 6,673 Gewehr 41 Mauser were also produced. At least 402,713 Gewehr 43 / Karabiner 43 were produced, including at least 53,435 of which that were equipped and used in combat with ZF 4 x4 telescopic sights.
The Gewehr 43 became the most numerous German semi-automatic rifle in front-line service after mid 1944. The Gewehr 43 was equipped only with the ZF 4 telescopic sight in WW2, and never with the ZF 40 / ZF 41. Interestingly late production Gewehr 41 included the rail that allowed it to also mount the ZF 4 telescopic sight.

The Gewehr 41 Walther was also equipped with the ZF 39 4x60 telescopic sight mounted on the left side of the weapon:
The Gewehr 41 Mauser was also equipped with the above mentioned telescopic sights:
Gewehr 41 Mauser with ZF 40 / ZF 41 telescopic sight:
Interestingly the ZF 40 / ZF 41 telescopic sight was specifically developed for the Gewehr 41 Mauser and Gewehr 41 Walther:
These Gewehr 41 with telescopic sights were all issued and used by German front-line troops in WW2. According to several researchers less than 8,000 Garand M1 with telescopic sight were completed during WW2 and none of them were ever used in combat during WW2, they were issued too late for that.
It is therefore rather inauthentic and even silly that the USA gets two semi-automatic rifles with telescopic sights in the tech tree in Enlisted none of which were ever used in WW2, while the Gewehr 41 Walther and Gewehr 41 Mauser semi-automatic rifles which were equipped and used in combat with several different telescopic sights in WW2 are absent from the German tech tree in Enlisted.
The above mentioned Gewehr 41 Walther and Gewehr 41 Mauser with their various telescopic sights in Enlisted would be BR 3 weapons. The USA in Enlisted have the M1 Garand with a telescopic sight at BR 3, Russia has the SVT-38 with a telescopic sight at BR 3, and Germany should have the Gewehr 41 Mauser and Gewehr 41 Walther with a telescopic sight at BR 3.
The quickest and easiest solution for Enlisted is to simply add to the German tech tree the currently already existing BR 3 Gewehr 41 Walther with telescopic sight, the same one that is currently already used by a BR3 German premium squad.
On a side note: Currently the Japanese in Enlisted also do not have a semi-automatic rifle with a telescopic sight at BR 3 (and neither one at BR 4 and BR 5 for that matter). I am not aware of any authentic solution for that issue however.
