Make it impossible to wait forever in Squad-Selection-Menu to wait that 1st Spawn into the Game will be CAS or waiting that whoever blocks CAS fails badly and you can get into it. Limit time to select in Squad Menu to 30 seconds or Game chooses randomly for you.
After you had your first CAS experience in game, you basically waste 2 squads away, sometimes I seen people just suiciding their whole squad or run into the enemy fire without firing a single shot just to get back into CAS since it is:
CAS > 1st random squad > 2nd random squad > CAS
should be changed either to:
CAS > 1st random squad > 2nd random squad > 3rd > 4th > …
Or:
Only can select CAS if with Squads (Infantry only) did 25 Kills of the enemy team.
