Fix the new topic button inside of the sections

I had been activ on the forum for a while now time but only just know i realised that the create new topic button when inside of a section does not work but the one before you chose a section apparently does work. (atlesed im using it currently).
Whenever i tried to create a new topic I only tried it from inside of the english section but in there it was greyed out and i assumed the 2 games played rule was just bugged out for my account.

I suggest to eighter fix the button inside of the sections or to remove it if it doesnt work for everyone. (not sure if its just me or everyone).

Only the one of “main english speaking section” never worked idk why

The botton for create topic

  • outside section
  • mess room section
  • suggestion section

They work as usual
