Fix the bug on the Panzer 2 Flamme that allows it to shoot through walls

Title. The tank is bugged. It can shoot through hard walls no problem. No other flame tank or flamethrower weapon can do this.

All flamethrowers can do this. I’ve abused it. Others have abused it. They said they fixed it. I still abuse it

its the same with the russian counterpart and all other flamethrowers which you can carry

don’t reduce it on the Pz. II (F)
