mostly climbing is buggy, annoying and slow sometimes. sometimes i cant climb in to building trought window, instead i slide to left or right on wall. sometimes i cant even climb in building, it like stops climbing half way.
my suggestion is to make climbing a animation like some games have or just fix to be better

The windows in Tunisia are especially annoying.
In my experience, HOLDING the jump button makes it more likely to latch on to ledges. Try that and see if it helps you.
As far as speed, there is a perk that makes climbing faster. It also works for going through windows.
Holding wont fix it.
Slightly off angle and climbing animation can get stuck.
Fall off 4 story building and grab ledge last second assasins creed style no problem
It gets buggy the more time it pass, now I stuck at windows more often than before, so much that I just shoot the windows before climbing in
