fIx BIKES decals and decorations already. and add the new decals to them as well

not only there are 2 instead of 4 decals slots, an entire category of nations own decals are missing, but even the new decals can’t be applied to bikes

and to top it off, has no decorations what so ever.

and this goes for all bikes.

while yes, it does states and says that it can be only currently be placed on tanks and apcs. but i don’t see why it shouldn’t be done for bikes as well.

Some of the older event decals can be applied to bikes.
