Since the patch notes do not reflect any of the BR and balance changes this time we have to find the the old fashioned way but they 100% are live on the test server.
Everyone is free to contribute his own findings just try to avoid spamming mesages to avoid drowning out the actually interessting stuff.
My findings so far:
tiger 2 reload from 8.5 to 7.5s
Ferdinant reload from 8.5s to 6.7s
Ho-ni 1/3 reload from 6s to 5s
Su76m reload from 6.9s to 5s
Marder H reload from 5.9s to 5s
