I love flying fighters and can stop any enemy CAS in a very short time, rarely do I encounter a good pilot, I am typing and flying now.
I am just waiting for next victim, I can get 8-10 plane kills, get a higher score than players on the ground too, so anyone who says fighters useless hasnt been on my matches…

Well some of the pilots I go up against, I could be having a 5 course meal and still kill em 
Unless Russian, in which case you should drink at least 1/10 of the vodka used as plane fuel. But it’s still drinking responsibly 
I’d be one of those. I’m as bad a pilot as I’m good with bolties. The ground is my enemy when I fly. And trees. And mountains. Buildings too. Or planes slowing down I end up ramming.

Man is complaining about lack of skilled pilots to fight and you direct him to War Thunder?
I mean you is actually playing properly planes in Enlisted? just bomb and leave. If i want to play planes i go in WT which actually has plane and damage models
From what I have seen, alot of players play WT in third person view, what is that about?!?

Looking forward to that day we randomly meet in the sky. Btw are rendering the FW190 small showcase now from my first flight as requested and i must say…I love that little tazmanian devil xD Still not used to its lesser reaction turns compared to the BF 190 which makes me unnecessary crash, but im learning its limits ^^ It reminds me a bit of an Biplane though in its flying module which is pretty neat

The FW is my favourite fighter now, yes treat like biplane, flaps limit is 900kmh so don’t worry about ripping off!
Keep speed and keep your speed up, then watch them burn in flames, but shoot from close range.
I know @1942786 said damage was standard and damage model were accurate, I can tell you now, shoot cannons when only really close, insta kill, shoot from far and takes too long… there is damage drop off, that I’m certain of.
yeah ive noticed this to. But you can kill inf at around 1k though so you know But im not sure if its only with the 15-20mm and up though since ive seen allies MG cut in mid air for not that long distance…but hard to tell exactly

Agreed, I tend to be in the same situation as you. In an active aerial field, you can net some good XP.
I hope I can run into you in the air though, I have only ever really ran into 1-2 pilots that have tested me throughout the match so a challenger would be good 
I’ve run into a few good pilots. It’s like Christmas when it happens.
agree, dogfight aways is fun, losing or winning.
Staying in a fighter is a waste of time.
If there’s a fighter up, it’s faster and more efficient to simply dive in, bomb, crash, respawn as infantry, push the point.
If I want to dogfights I’ll boot up War Thunder.
I am sorry agree to disagree, you suicide is 14 less reinforcements (?), It also means enemy CAS has opportunity to destroy your armour advance. Fighter with some ordenance ie FW190 can easily stop enemy advance, same for P51D…
If you can’t fly, don’t understand compression and crash as too high speed that’s a different matter, planes spawn at high speeds and I think that explains amount of unintentional kamikaze pilots
Also new Bombers attack, will give a lot more XP!
