Feedback where now?

The are certain times that we the playerbase want to feedback about a certain issue with latest update, patch, the old post “feedback about latest update” seems to no longer be used or read? So where do we leave feedback? I’m not talking about bugs, which I would put on CBR / Jira

2 examples I would like to share:

On new map in Pacific the second cap point, when attacking the middle hole of the ship, there is a small rock outcrop which you climb, but specifically when entering you have to jump to get in the hole, this leaves you defenceless as you cannot shoot defenders - make it so you don’t have to jump, but can walk in off the rock into middle of the wreck please.

Drop tanks, don’t seem to do much, I get a lot of hit indicators but rarely more than one kill, I think majority of soldiers put out fire - this is gallons of petrol if it lands directly on them, should not just be able to put it out imho ( make them take twice as long?), currently drop tank gives assists only.

If someone could tell me where such feedback should go, not in separate posts as it gets lost easily.

Can the devs, helpers use the Feedback about latest update post once more?

I don’t think we should use that old post again. The old post is now a mega thread with 1.8k replies. Such length makes people hard to read and navigate it. It also makes discussion become inconvenient because there could be multiple people discuss about multiple thing. Dev and helper may also have a hard time finding the feedback because there is too many stuff mixed together.

Maybe we can have them in separate posts but create a new category for feedback so dev and helper can find them easily.

There are quite some ranting posts on this forum, if there would be more feedback posts it most certainly wouldn’t hurt the forum.

Maybe have a new tag on website, update feedback or something. But will do as requested, hope these two examples get passed over re pacific :wink:

From what I have seen personally, it depends on what angle you drop them from, and HOW you are trying to hit them.

Just hitting them directly isn’t going to be as effective as explosives, but hitting AHEAD of them is very effective.
Additionally, make the first pass with the intention of holding them back with it, and the second pass with the other weapons to take out the grouping of them.
