Dear Gaijin Team,
First of all, I would like to express my admiration for your game; I truly enjoy playing it. I would also like to offer some constructive feedback that could help improve the overall gameplay experience.
While playing, I noticed a few things that could make the game feel more realistic:
-
Destructible Objects: Some objects, such as trees and other obstacles that appear breakable, do not behave as expected. For example, when driving a tank at high speed, these objects do not break upon impact but instead stop the tank’s momentum, only breaking when you push against them afterwards. This feels unrealistic. In addition, airplanes are able to pass straight through trees, which feels odd.
-
Mines: Currently, mines feel overly powerful. In real life, anti-tank mines usually damage the tank’s tracks rather than instantly destroying the entire vehicle. I suggest adjusting the damage so that a single mine cannot completely destroy a tank — multiple mines should be required to do so.
-
H.E. (High-Explosive) and Mortar Shells: When H.E. or mortar shells land near infantry, they often cause no damage, even when exploding directly next to soldiers. Additionally, when an enemy is knocked down by a tank’s machine gun, tank shells (including H.E.) do not register properly if fired during the falling animation, making the target survive unrealistically.
-
Out-of-Bounds Deaths: At the moment, players are killed almost instantly when leaving the playable area, especially when driving tanks out of the map. There is no time to react or return. This makes small mistakes overly punishing. A countdown system would be more appropriate, with a slightly longer grace period — particularly for tanks.
Thank you very much for your attention, and I hope my suggestions can contribute to increasing both the realism and enjoyment of the game.
**Sincerely,**
*dr4ams0ldi4r*
