This gun used to have 660 fire rate back when in had 3round burst mode.
After players called this burst mode fake, gun was changed to have 1100 fire rate.
Also, “gun__shotFreq” for this gun is set to 16.67 (per second, multiplying by 60 would give 1000 +10% from upgrade for 1100 ingame).
It seems like this line overrides fire rate for Fedorov rifle, as it fires its 25 rounds faster when compared with firing 25 rounds out of 1150 RoF PPSh 41 and even 1760 RoF MG 81.
I suspect actual fire rate for full-auto mode is close to 2050 RPM ingame.

Stalinium physics are higher form of Quantum physics where you can bend space and time and make whatever number you want just by the power of the party.
here is explanation really the fist tank has no stalinium atoms in it so its easily destroyed but the next one is made out of stalinium atoms and they are clearly stronger then normal atoms.
I have a theory that it can also increase the rate of fire on weapons made out of stalinium atoms they are of higher quality atoms then normal weak atoms.

As for ROF, pre full auto you could fast tap its 3rd burst mode to attain over 1k RPM. This simply cemented it in worse recoil control package , which is now getting adjusted.
