Look at these Water Features that I would like to see included in Enlisted:
- Placing a Grenade in a Body of Water (e.g., River, Lake, etc.) can reduce the danger of a grenade’s blast and fragments, but it does not safely “neutralize” the grenade.
- Guns work underwater. To be more precise: All of the firearms (a 9mm, a .357, a 12-gauge shotgun, and a .30-06) were able to discharge underwater, the bullets lose velocity rapidly and are rendered less than lethal beyond a meter. (The entire gun had to be completely submerged in water – all pockets of air must be removed – in order to prevent a possible explosion when fired.) Furthermore, the break-barrel shotgun (albeit a relatively old, non-modern design) destroyed itself when fired underwater. Finally, the water pressure might prevent the spent cartridge from leaving the chamber and, hence, effectively reduce the gun to a one-shot deal. A revolver would not have this problem, as it does not eject spent cartridges after each shot.
- A person can hide underwater as protection from bullets.
- Diving underwater could make an above-water explosion more survivable.
- A person can float on his/her back at the surface to improve the survivability of an underwater explosion.
Which one would you like to see added to Enlisted the Most?:
- Being able to Place a Grenade in a Body of Water (e.g., River, Lake, etc.) to reduce the danger of a grenade’s blast and fragments.
- Guns being able to work underwater. (to a Degree)
- Hiding underwater to protect you from bullets.
- Diving underwater could make an above-water explosion more survivable.
- Floating on your back at the water’s surface can improve the survivability of an underwater explosion
