Im a german main and i absolutely loathe the stinger though i wouldnt mind picking them up. 200 rond mag is kinda giga OP but we have mg 42 100s and the like so i guess its pretty balnced.

The BAR is quite the gun, I don’t understand the hate some people have of it, I think it’s amazing. IRL it had some issues, but in game that doesn’t really matter.
For the Commonwealth (and overall), I actually quite like the Bren. Of course, the off-set sights makes it non-ideal in a video-game setting, but IRL it was an amazing gun. It’s also quite the effective bullet hose in lower BRs, the lower-end RoF makes it quite good to walk your shots even when hip-firing, which lets you do things like squad-wipe a room without reloading, even if the squad is spread out.

If I could only have ONE machine gun in the entire game, it would be the BAR 1918 A2.There seriously needs to be a BAR A2 with a 40 round magazine for BR4.
I have no idea why some hate the BAR, the A2 is an absolute laser with the only drawback I see is the 20 round mag.
As far as other American MG’s, I like the Stinger, but prefer the Browning 1919 A6 as my second favorite US MG.

I’m one of those who don’t really like the mega ROF with weapons, I prefer somewhere in the middle. . I even prefer smg’s that shoot in the mid ROF range, like 650-700, which is why I use the Soviet PPS-42 and not the PPS-43.
Now the new Lewis rifle, I know it’s British but IMOP it is a little too slow, I think it should be set at 500.

I really love T24 and Johnson LMG. Those are definitely my fav American MG.

I like the T24, but just can’t get myself to like the Johnson, IDK, maybe it’s the site that bothers me.

yeah it has almost anf fg 42 sight - really throws me off. I feel like i miss half my shots with it trying to get used to the sights

Probably because it can’t farm huge groups of bots and mow down squads as easily? The BAR just plays differently from the DP27 and MG34, better for rushing and fighting actual players one on one, but worse against large groups of bots. You have to be a bit more careful not get 360 noscoped by a bot while reloading.
