For me it’s the M3 Grease Gun(and M3A1), since when fully upgraded they get 8.2 hit power, making a fully upgraded grease gun the hardest hitting early-campaign SMG in the game. Its ROF is also respectable when upgraded. Another Normandy-Allies unlock I think people sleep on is the M8 Scott, its .50 Cal can pen Pumas and if you’re lucky the HEAT shell can one-hit even a Panther(if you’re lucky, it only happened for me once or twice). The Scott is also super fast for having so much firepower. Very wonky, very fun.

MP40. People think its trash. But they never give it a chance. They die a few times with it not being upgraded and they just dont use it again.
It is comparable to russian smgs, and especially to allies smgs

The Scott suffers vs tanks, but it is possibly one of the most lethal vehicles vs infantry, given not only the extra MG, but above all the very high ROF at which it can lob 75mm HE.
Flammenwerfer 35 and 41. It doesn’t matter if the soviets have PPSh, AVS or mosin, they all die equally.

i think the pzb 38 and 39 are underrated but whe i have not a explosion pack on my soldier and need to destroy a tank its very very useful
Not sure what people think about the sten, but imo it’s one of the best smgs in the whole game. The rof is just perfect, hitpower godd enough and accuracy is decent in Tunisia, where you see a lot of CQC. And best of all, it’s incredibly easy to get.
Also, dragoon mosin. If you’re not overly sensitive about sights, it can be a great gun that one shots almost every shot mid range.
Astra 300 Lux, i have never seen any kills with this pistol from others, personally i love using it as a close quarters solution for my sniper
