The Thompson has a higher rate of fire in semi-auto and full, because: 1, full auto (duh) and 2, it has a shorter bolt, so it has a higher rate of fire in semi-auto too.

both of them are thompson. But the introduction of the first one said it shoots faster then the second one. Which makes 600 rpm is higher then 700rpm
