Farewell!

From the start since I was invited to test the game in 21st Spetember 2020, I noted few stuff about the game, while some got attention others did not, I said way back then that I knew why they brought us & sadly I wasn’t disappointed in my statement back then (although I wished).

Throughout the time I came to interact with awesome people & very passionate on making Enlisted the better experience & mainly they are 2, @5762269 (TCatPlaysGamezYT) & @ErikaKalkbrenner (ErikaKalkbrenner) to me they are the most productive & enthusiastic, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t people like them but to me they the most memorable.

Avery special thank to all who I played with & combated, & the developers that allowed me to test the game, Thank you & I hope this game turns for the better, Farewell comrades.

Maybe they plan on actually changing it

Do you really not want progression?

Horizontal progression > No progression > Vertical progression
Sidegrades are best, but I prefer having nothing over direct upgrades.

And you are entitled to that opinion, but just to let you know, almost nobody agrees with you, progression is required to keep a game interesting over an extended period of time (and many, many people are totally fne with the current progression system and dislike other suggestions).

Well TF2 is a prime example of sidegrades done right, 12 years old and still going stronger than war thunder, because it has depth and balance.

If the game is too boring to keep your attention unless you got some shiny toy to work towards, are you really enjoying the game?

I’m simply talking about here, what works in one game may not work in others, but progression is a requirement for longevity near regardless how good the game is itself, because you need something ti strive for and something to provide variety in gameplay.

Is all the different weapons and squads not enough?
Do you also need perks, weapon upgrades?

Look, it seems to work fine as it is, very few actually complain about it and many if not most like it, regardless, here is not the place to discuss this, nor do i particularly want to have this discussion in a new thread at all.

Maybe because all the people that disliked it, like SKL up here, left the game already?
Why else did we drop over 70% in forum activity? Even with the current progression keeping you “busy”, the game does not retain its players AT ALL

Again, not the place to discuss it, nor do I wish to and nor is it particularly relevant especially since if they didn’t like it, they should’ve simply said and provided a decent, agreed upon alternative, otherwise nothing can be done, plus, that is one of the largest assumptions I have ever heard anyone make lol.

Well till the developers remove the ability for me to test & see the forums or unlink the account to the game (& I do really want this to be the last post), first I would like to deeply thank those whom made my heart swell by what they wrote & I wish you every success in your life.

Since my invitation there has been one issue that the community kept asking a change for & remember this dates back to September last year, the point was the lootbox system known as “Logistics”, testers have asked for a change of the developers choice that didn’t include the lootbox mechanic in the slightest & some went to give examples too, Since then & till the roadmap was release they didn’t confirm anything or say anything about it & too in the roadmap it worded vaguely (to me at least).

From my view on this point & my push for that system (how to obtain both weapons & soldiers) to change is that that system is the backbone of whatever progression system that comes after it & whatever change or touch in any other progression parameters won’t achieve that much of an effect & would only delay the realization of the issue & that such changes are futile in the end. Thus something has to change in order to take a better look & provide a better suggestion/solution to whatever scenario that is there.

All that said & I come to ask, what did the developers do?, I kept touting that we need an interactive communications with the developers with no hurdle between testers & developers (like moderators the info/feedback has to be direct), but again what is happening to that?.

For @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] point & progression in general, the D-Day Campaign & all I can say about it is that it was a breath of fresh air, no more, no less, & to me there was blame that could be drawn that I took the attitude of “where is the catch on this -where they are screwing over-” , I think saying something like that would’ve put more light on what @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] wanted to say even in minor capacity, I would also like to remind all that one of the developers had the decency to ask @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] when he said (not direct quote) that D-Day experience made the look at the Battle of Moscow not bearable with @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] replying but posting a link to +5 threads. (I would like to for forgiveness if this even seems like inputting words into @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] & I wish to be corrected to wither remove it or not if it’s not the case).

To not keep going on & to end it, I once said that I knew why the developers invited us between inverted commas of course. I wrote bunch of threads & comments in other people threads as well that clearly depict my point on how stuff need to be tackled along side suggestions & you are @51084259 [Psoma_Brufd] (hence that indirect offense -if it is- apology) free to give them a look although some are for real text walls, you can ask @5762269 [TCatPlaysGamezYT] verdict (if you want) if they are any good or not since I’m sure he looked in them all.

(Forgot to add that when it comes to the people I mentioned, at the start of the thread the main task was more of the game not being dead on arrival beside the suggestions)

I come again to thank people for good words & which that this game would turn to be the best, & best of luck all both testers & developers on your tasks.
