Yeah I´m salty that the actual cool Berlin stuff like the Volksturmgewehr is so high in the tree and the Soviets´ only notable guns are the SMGs. I hate the AVS36 with a passion.

I love Berlin, but there are some damn good Soviet players that I keep running into. I only had one match on while I streamed last night and I got taken for a ride.
Was still fun though.

berlin axis is fairly interesting once you get later equipment.

it also becomes one of the best faction of the game because of the later weapons though.

still, i like their uniform and weapons :slight_smile:

i like less the VG 1-5 being limited to only assaulters and shotguns are basically nailguns ( like any shotguns out there after 3 meters … )

Its funny that you mention “nailgun” cause that is my only gripe with the VG 1-5 so far, it sounds like a “nailgun”.

It will be once the MP 43/1 / StG 44 arrives!

While Berlin can be really tough, it never feels as “unfair” as Normandy (like Jumbo’s/Panthers, Planes). The russians do have strong SMG, but yeah, if you play by distance you often can outplay them. I really like the russian equipment thought, I often run out of ammo and capture enemy equipment, that also makes me enjoy that campaign so much.

Like I said, I am in love, even if it seems like every the win-ratio is something like 1:4, makes grinding harder! I even like the low win ratio, it fits “history”.

Probably once I am high tier and have all the toys I get bored again :frowning: lets see …

As you said, it all depends on the team. If I have strong players with me, we often win. But more often I am “alone” and do not have the edge (high tier max star equipment and soldiers) to carry alone. I mean I am not using any backpacks to begin with as I am using all bronze orders instantly for weapons, cause I “fear” the weapon progression update :rofl:
