Fair experience split for caused damage

I like to play AT rifle squad just for fun of it. It can be effective in scaring off tanks or even disabling them. Unfortunately, just from the way how experience is counted only from the kill itself you often end-up with little to no experience as someone else steals your “kill”. Let me elaborate, from mid-long range, it’s not always possible to outright kill a tank but you can break it or just force tankers to abandon it. After they abandon it, it can take up to 10 shots sometimes to “finish” an empty tank. Meanwhile a distant bomb, another tank or just a det pack can finish it off, taking whole credit.

The proposal is to split experience gain by amount of damage that each player caused. There are crew members + critical modules. Instead of giving a flat 250 XP (or how ever much it is), everyone gets xp according to some “importance” of module they disable. Like immobilizing tank is done by braking tracks, transmission, engine - 50 xp. Setting fuel tanks on fire - 75 xp. Detonating ammo rack - 125 xp. Or something like that. Apply this system to both tankers, infantry and pilots.

This is definetly way how exp for tank kills should work.
