The F7F-3 would easily be a competitor for the P-47 and the Meteor to add more variety into BRV, since the Corsair lacks the firepower the P-47 can bring into battle. Additionally enlisted could use this an opportunity to add a brand new air to ground ordinance not yet in the game, That being the Tiny Tim rocket the F7F could carry three of these rockets but i propose limiting it to two with a 1000 Lb bomb on its centerline.
Characteristics
Crew: 1
Armament
4x AN/M3 20mm cannons (wing roots 800 rounds total)
4x AN/M2 12.7mm machine guns (nose 1600 rounds total)
Proposed air to ground ordinance
2x Tiny tim Rockets
1x 1000 Lb AN-M65A1 bomb
(Tried my best to take into account ordinance weight for performance numbers they may be off)
Maximum Speed: 455.9 mph (733.7 kmh)
Maximum Climb rate: 28.03 m/s
Best full turn time: 26.1 s
Most of this data was pulled directly from warthunder
One more idea that could be added is the fact several of these aircraft (most of these being the f7f-3p model) are still flying today and have some pretty cool nose arts enlisted could add into the game for example lewis air legends F7F-3p named “Here kitty kitty” this would make a decent battlepass skin for the vechile
