I was using explosive packs on a player. I don’t know if he was hacking but when I died under his tank the explosive pack in my hand went off and did no damage to him.
Please dont do name dropping on the forum quite rude because the person in question can not defend himself and therefore by default looks guilty which is not up to us.
Either make a bug report for the explosive pack not working or report him in game for hacking.

dempacks don’t work well against tanks unless it’s literally point blank to the tank, so if the tanks moves a bit away then it won’t work
Sometimes explosive packs can land on top of enemy tank and still not destroy it completely or even do much damage overall. It’s a game, still in beta, bugs are quite often yet, no need to suspect anybody of cheating.
Some people on this forum make whole topics how they see constantly others cheating, while for me with hundreds of hours in this game, I don’t recall any obvious cheaters if any at all.

TNT won’t explo immediately after u killed since last update (last last maybe), looks like it continues the count down, so the tank may leave the blasts aera when it explo.
I died under an enemy tank with a nade in my hand, it went off, did no damage to the tank.
Now, there’s two types of people:

Hm… I’ll try and see if I can explode that tank when I respawn, or see if my teammates can. If he is in fact invulnerable, it’ll prove he is cheating, and I can just report him.

I’ll create a post, alluding to the fact that the guy might be cheating and mention his name. No further investigation is necessary.

I have not tested this but it good also be some ant-suicide code put in place to prevent people from sacrificing soldiers just to take out a tank …
I wonder if chance plays into it. I know I have survived a few grenades and packs, others killed me when I was pretty far away.
same, i play with a squad of guys all with 500+ hours and we’ve only found 1 guy that we refuse to play against because he’s quite obvious.

This is my experience too. Unless the tank stays stationary, the explosive pack does very little.

Nah - I regularly kill off my poor pixellated soldiers suicide killling tanks 
I WOULDN’T kamikaze my poor soldiers to blow up tanks, except more often than not I step in a tad too close/late to carry my own arse out before the boom. 
Nothing really works well against tanks except other tanks. I’ve dropped 500lb bombs on tanks, only for them to bounce right off, doing no damage and killing no crewmembers. I’d love for someone to tell me how a 500lb bomb doesn’t obliterate a tank. It sure as heck does IRL.
Love to see video of that - can’t say I’ve ever experienced it from a tank (allied - so 250kg bombs!) - hear a Stuka siren? … start picking which squad to bring next!
Nor do I see it when bombing - since I don’t actually see the bombs fall…???

I don’t know how to capture video. Look for the damage indicator on your screen when you drop bombs; if you hit on or near a tank, then you’ll see the damage (or lack thereof) that you’ve caused.
i believe bombs bounce of the ground and blow up in the air if the dive is shallow enough, though yes large bombs do work well against a tank which i’ve experienced and seen via kill feed
indeed do see that - often get damage to tanks with no casualties - doesn’t indicate a direct hit tho - blast and shrapnel mainly - hopefully they institute replays some day and we can check properly on these things.
