In yesterdays evening hours (european time) your servers seemed to have some problems, people not getting EXP and silver and so on. Surely you read about that.
On my side it was like I could start a match but when the map countdown reached 8-4 seconds the game froze / crashed and I was forced to terminate its process and exit to the desktop.
I experienced this several times before calling it a day.
Now this morning after logging into the game I see that I have received a penalty for “deserting”.
This is not okay and not what I am paying premium time for.
1st of all I could not use my payed time yesterday because of your servers acting up and 2nd I am now not granted my premium bonus but getting a EXP penalty instead.
Please make this up on your side and offer some compensation in the next 24 hours.
