What if after the end of every game you play, you can give a 10% exp booster to someone of your choosing on your team (not yourself).
Do it and you get 1000 exp added to your total, don’t and you don’t get any exp.
It’s a small way to promote good players on your team who was critical in helping a win, or delaying an inevitable defeat.

I didn’t know WT has a team 10% mechanic similar to this but for Enlisted, this system would be better and more personal to whom gets the 10%.
And in order to not be abused, if playing in a team with other people - voting for them will not count since one person can take 30% from there team and swap who gets the bonus game after game.
Good idea because we could boost the xp of the engineer guy instead of the top1 who’s merely a kill collector.
But 10% is ridiculous
you get 1.5% if you accumulated 2 or 3 awards post battle at best.
Like the end screen on cod vanguard where players vote for a soldier with the most actions in the batle?
Yes and no.
Yes for casual players.
No for players like me. We would get voted most times making our xp journey even easier. And we don’t deserve more xp than we already take. Casual players, or players that aren’t that good but still try deserve more attention than us regarding xp gains. Imo. They are the most numbered on our playerbase. They are the ones that need more xp per batle to keep the game alive, and we might have a more populated game /forum etc as they keep having a easy life in-game.
Not players like me or premium players.
This would be a great suggestion, if the top 3 players couldn’t be picked on the final leaderbord. Only the remaining soldiers.
I would for sure pick a soldier to give extra xp every match. Atleast it’s something I could do to help a fellow teammate that it’s struggling in the game.
How about for the top 3 players, they can only get one or two commendation between the three of them, and for the rest of the players, they can get as many as people wish to give? I know I will definitely be spending mine every game on the person with the most Engineer points.

It’s 10% added before any medals and premium are added, so that the total wouldn’t be more if the final result was 10% added after everything like what boosters do now.
Interesting take on it - how about a revision to see if it would be better.
Same wording on everything BUT anyone besides the top three can receive exp boosters after a game is finished, but can still give them? And the catch here is that for every 3 medals you have is another 10% booster you could give away?
What about when the top player on the team IS the person with the most engineer points? It’s not that uncommon, at least for me. Limiting it that way seems kind of silly, if people want to commend someone for carrying them, then an arbitrary limit would be at odds with their ability to thank the person they want.
Is there no option to edit your posts? What kind of wack forum system…
Anyway, I’d say if someone gets more than a certain amount of player commendations, than they can re-gift those commendations to someone else.
Not that I’ve notice for the editing front. Weird.
Nevertheless, being the best engineer doesn’t have to be the main motive to give a 10% away. It can be a pity award to anyone of your choosing - A token for a fighter pilot who kept the skies clear - A tank that PUSHED with the team and not hid in the gray zone farming kills - anything you could think of.
and i take that personally.

speaking for op, i had the same ideas of shiives, but in reverse.
so it’s a yes for me.
A good idea.
Games with players will be valued higher.
Or just make bots that will give me 10% each.
In that case, I would probably pass it to the next most eligible person, but that is besides the point. As others have also stated, it can be used for any purpose a player sees fit, making it versatile enough to serve a multitude of purposes. If this system existed, I would just use it to encourage people to use engineers more.
When you get top 3, you already get at least a 1.2x booster, so I don’t think you need more XP. This is kind of a way to encourage more of a certain actions(such as pushing, building useful things and coordinating with the team), as well as serving as a way to encourage new players to keep playing the game by reducing the grind a little bit.
