Are you sure 1 for 50 is normal?

Yea like i said all that time ago while 50 to 1 is better than the 100 to 1. It’s still way too little compare to playing 1 match

I mean a single match have quadruple the income compared to research? ridiculous

never underestimate how lazy players can be rule #1 of market board in FFXIV.

I made a suggestion like this. I don’t think they will do it.

if silver was much cheaper i could see people actually buying it. but ~70€ for 120k silver is totally nonviable. it is ~30 matches(or ~10 hours of gameplay) worth of silver with premium(even less if you have premium squads).

in other words for most people living on the planet (average monthly salary lower than ~1200 euro), you can get that silver faster by playing than by working and buying it with real money.
Thats kinda crazy.

Most people on the planet use USD and not EUR.

There is no real money since Richard Nixon removed the gold standard in August 15, 1971… so if you think you are working for real money you don’t you work for government printed debt.

That’s the real crazy part but yes it perfectly explains the model now if you work for a salary probably you can make the money faster then not working for a salary per hour… so even playing enlisted per hour is more profitable then working on a 9 to 5 job…

Somebody tried to purchase the $20,000.00 (twenty thousand) dollar gold E-100 skin that warthunder sold for april fools and gaijin had to refund them because they didnt think anybody would actually do it

thats only half of the issue really, but whatever.

Let not turn this topic into some argument about real world money.

well except rich people and people with stolen credit cards, i dont see why would anyone else buy silver for this game. it is more efficient to just play game and earn that silver, rather than work same amount of time or more and then pay to get that silver.

getting overpriced premium squad or weapon can be understood, but not silver at current prices.

If only we were talking about real money now.

Although I get less tired from my work than from this game.

and in Russia, the gold standard was not abolished, the ruble is the real currency.

Well not exactly its still a Fiat Currency like most modern currencies its not like the real gold standard set by Bretton Woods Conference but after Smithsonian Agreement communism won as a currency system and to this day we all use it. They use Commodity-Linked Trade to bypassing the dollar so its not exactly a gold standard a true gold standard requires the central bank to exchange currency for gold on demand at a fixed price, which the Bank of Russia does not do for the general public. But its trying to be something like the dollar that is oil standard which to this day remains far better currency then our communist European currency.
