main issue:
the silver crates becomes bloated with stuff that most don’t need.
not only you gamble milions of silvers for not always good rewards, but as we keep going forward, the content within silver crates gets over-bloated.
so you have to contend between event squads ( the 1%… ) event vehicles, skins, actual weapons, weapons skins, silver, boosters, appearance order, decals, callsign/vehicle/squad/callsign orders etc etc.
and for folks like me that have fully completed the grind, have all or most event squads, and would rather focus on cosmetics. but doing that, it’s just a nightmare as you only get the BP for appearance order and sometimes callsign with some skins that you can’t quite choose. and worse, for weapons, you only get them sometimes through events which most can’t play all the time.
so here is my proposal:
The solution
in my opinion, much like crossout:
Separate / Split the crates:
for those who are not aware, crossout has dedicated crates for pretty much most different things ( perhaps too many, but that game has a different faction system, so it’s kinda okay. but i’m just showing it for the concept )

so, here in enlisted, it should be something similar, aka, having dedicated crates.
but as a starter, the one i’m interestred with, and should be currently in enlisted, you have two crates:
Default Silver crate:

which includes:
- Events squads
- Gold Order Soldiers
- Event Weapons
- Boosters
- Weapon Upgrade Order
- Soldier Upgrade Order
- Vehicle Upgrade Order
( New ) Dedicated Cosmetic Crate

much like crossout, a dedicated cosmetic crate, in which should include:
- Appearance orders
- Callsign Orders ( Delete them already )
- Decals
- Vehicle Decorations
- Weapons skins
- Vehicles Skins & Gold order vehicles
Why ?
Very simple.
split the actual gameplay items from the cosmetics ones.
if one needs the other, it should not receive the other.
for example, a new player does not need skins or appearance orders.
much like, me, i don’t need weapons, silvers, or pretty much anything that isn’t cosmetic related as i pretty much have what i already need accumulated over the years.
after all, we removed the academy and the RNG from soldiers and weapons, and while yes, in nature, such lootboxes have to do with rng, the rewards should not have different type.
and that is all.
