It’s more like implying the game is currently P2W
And he wouldn’t be wrong, with the bought soldier slots / premium time bonus slots in fact being P2W.
exept, asking to exchange the cards to put them behind a paywall, it’s pretty much pay to win if you ask me.
this post it’s quite open for different view and meanings on the topic. but reading that he would exchange cards that can be obtain by everyone, to enlisted cash, ( EG ) i find that quite pay to win.
