We all know the assault group I-II-II-IV. There are more assault groups than fast and furious movies… And the only thing that changes is the weapons… Therefore I would like to suggest that instead of giving a new unit that you have to go up from 0 and it is exactly the same as the previous one, the unit evolves and they give you the new weapon.
Personally, I see it as unnecessary to have to upload an identical unit of 0.
That is, the unit would continue at its same level, only now you could buy units of this new level and the weapons.
It’s kind of like what happens in Conqueror’s Blade, when you evolve spear sergeants into loyal guards. Only in this other game everything changes, even the skill branch.
Since I bought the premium it no longer takes 2 weeks to upload a unit xD
But I’m not referring to an issue of ease, after all the game is exactly the same, it’s just that I see it in vain to start from scratch when the unit does not bring anything new in the technology tree.
And anyway you have to buy the units back, so when you evolve to the unit, you would have to buy the new ones. The only change is that the unit remains at its lvl and you do not start from scratch at full lvl 20+ when everyone already has their units at full capacity.
I actually don’t even upgrade my soldiers because I don’t like them being super. Sprinting like crazy, jumping high, crouch sprinting. I prefer the more realistic and clunky soldier
I oppose this. What will I never be able to play Berlin or Normandy just because I’m not sweating as much as others
And then campaing levels would be reduced to 10. I mean, if you reduce assault II, III and IV to only one level you should do the same with the other squads and types of soldiers.
They sell the game as realistic, and AFIK there weren’t as many assault squads running up and down as we have in-game. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I understand what you say about the excessive grinding of high tier squads and I share your opinion, but in the HYPOTHETICAL and nearly impossible case they change it, game would be too short and boring, so they need people to grind and to feel that they’re going to achieve something important.
But in reality the campaign would be the same, only instead of unlocking a unit, you unlock an evolution for your existing assault group and the new weapon.
