My friends are on the fence seeing too many event squads [gated to new players] especially vehicles , do they get a chance to catch up?

G43 Kurz is likely to come back at some point in the future, since it was removed from sale not very long ago.
It won’t matter for your friend if he’s new…
At starter br he will only meet vanilla squads, or worse premiums with no engineers.
