Done 3 what, tasks? The tank is awarded for 11 completed tasks.

Yea, first of all what is this “3” you said and second there were only 10 tasks so far, no way you can have tank when it requires 11 tasks to be completed.
Tank is tomorrow and plane is today but plane requires lvl 18 to use
plane was last night and tank is tomorrow [or late at night] in east EU time zone.
