Has there been any official statement on this? It never used to happen. Myself among many others came across this new feature/hidden nerf a while back with an update. It’s become extremely annoying, so much so that i don’t even want to use the thing anymore. Is it intentional? They seem to rip off without much force at all.

I’m not using it at all until they fix it…such a shame of this great plane.

In fact, the plane is so good for BR2, that the bug is a divine intervention from the snail itself.

As far as I know, the wing mechanism has been changed to be the same as the relatively recent War Thunder.
What’s certain is that since then, Meteor’s wings have been changed so that they break, just like Warthunder’s. (In fact, even in War Thunder, the wings get destroyed if make a sharp turn.)
I think Spitfire was changed like that back then too.
Edit. In War Thunder, Spitfire’s wings actually get destroyed.

As far as I know, the mechanism update was applied during the Operation Neptune patch.
From that moment on, Meteor’s wings began to shatter.
Since this issue can only be resolved by changing the War Thunder mechanism, it probably won’t change unless War Thunder fixes it.

Do we know if all planes were affected to some degree? Anyone know if any other specific planes have really weak wings now?
