Erma EMP 44 BR3 -> BR2

Now that the MP40/1 is at BR2, the Erma EMP 44 should be moved down as well. The stats are very similar but the EMP 44 has slightly lower damage, slightly higher ROF, and slightly worse dispersion

If the MP40/1 is BR2 then the EMP 44 should be BR2 too

The only reason I use my Erma EMP 44 is because it can carry 160 rounds of additional ammo, which is about as good as you can get for a Medic squad since you can’t carry an ammo bag.

It kinda OP tbh you switch to your 2nd mag really fast before reloading them both. So a 64 round smg on br3 is pretty good

Not really, you can’t switch on demand and only switch mags when the first mag runs out, which isn’t ideal

We don’t another BR2 German SMG. If needed, it should get buff instead.

There’s like 20+ German BR2 smgs already. Stop trying to move literally everything down to BR2.

BR2 is already the most overbloated BR in general.

I would typically agree with you, but because the Erma EMP 44 is a very crude looking gun meant for the volkssturm, I think it should not perform well and be in the lower BRs

There’s always will plenty of stuff in BR3 that’s heavily late war themed, most notably Pz IV Js and VG 1-5. It’s very unlikely for them to be ever lowered to BR2.

So there always will be lineup for late war in BR3.
(I personally made two lineups for BR3, one themed around the early war and the other around the late war.)

I really don’t see any reason why the Germans should get yet another BR2 smg, especially since it fits perfectly into already existing BR3 late war themed lineup. And since there’s fewer German SMGs in BR3 than there’s in BR2.
