We have know this for a long time. There are Ubermensch in Pacific running about with a 52kg cannon, and then the oldest bug in the game the head in ass grenade throw.
(this screenshot is from 2 years ago and this bug still happens to this day)

When soldiers in Enlisted can carry PTRD and PTRS with only 1 man. He can even sling a PTRD and PTRS on his back without problems.
Also female medics can pick PTRS in practice.
