The problem was balance. Germany too overpowered, to the point where a lot of veteran players actually wanted the mode gone.
I want an utterly giant map thats measured in the kilometers with no greyzone and at least 24 real people on each team. Give me large scale combined arms warfare

that is literally not true tho… in H&G I cannot remember any wars where Germany won. When vets moved across different factions, then said faction. H&G, like enlisted, is quite balanced, and I am sure it would not be a problem. Likewise, in a “war mode” every faction is dependant upon the competency of the Generals (the players) and their ability to direct troops / resources to the right location. Such a mode therefore is not unbalanced, rather self-regulating by players

If Enlisted does not implement some sort of new, bigger mode soon, 2026 will be my last year playing.
I am not evening trying to be dramatic. “Squads” got old a long time ago. Enlisted is just boring these days.

For memes isn’t good enough? It’s too bad they butchered the ride and handling characteristics on them…they could be really useful, especially if they let the passangers throw gernades and TNT packs to passing tanks.

Cant really remember how many battles to obtain enough capitols to blitzkrieg win you needed.
Anyway, such happened fairly frequently, especiatly on situations when one faction had active playerbase during EU night times.
It really dependent which faction was active / organized at given times.
Me too. I’m tired of the same repetitive loop with random maps.

Awesome, but it needs to be truly massive. Maybe 7/7 tank slots per team and around 3/3 planes.
I honestly want that pure chaos feeling, hiding behind friendly tanks and pushing forward together, just like in this iconic photo.

Riders are better than you think. They can use almost any weapon, and I’ve had some cinematic moments with them, rushing a sherman with a panzerfaust lol.
Imo, Riders need a buff. Squad could have 2 motorcycles with 6 soldiers total, bot riding behind the player and aiming properly.
Changing teh time of day of battle will do nothing to change gameplay or hte overall experience - it’ll just be a little better for guerilla’s and sneaky types.
Hard no - it would not be any sort of improvement, and would not give “a slower pace” in any way, shape, or form.
I think you’re focusing too much on lighting alone. This isn’t just about night visuals, its a different rule set, pls read my topic more carefully. The pacing comes from the rule set combined with night conditions, not from darkness alone. Given Enlisted current situation, where a lot of content copy paste, this feels like the most realistic and achievable option until they get more manpower back from WT.
That’d be silly, and quite hard to implement…
I’d much rather see new Rider II squads, that get one extra man (4 man squad in total), and they drive larger MG armed vehicles that would normally be too small for the APC role.
I’m thinking
- MG armed Jeeps (M1919A4) and a Universal Carrier (x2 Bren guns) in the Allied tech tree
- MG armed Kübelwagens (MG 42) and either MG+ATR armed AS.42s or MG armed TL.37s for Axis tech tree.
- MG armed Kurogane Type 95 for the Japanese tech tree.
- MG/HMG armed GAZ-64 (or other model) for the Soviet tech tree.
Once this is done, it opens up so much potential in terms of event or premium content with other similar vehicles (Commonwealth Universal Carrier armed with x1 Bren and x1 Vickers K, US M3 Scout Car, Japanese Type 100 Te-Re, etc, etc).
Small mercy that the UC will finally be put in a role that doesn’t have it pretending to be a APC, which it clearly isn’t.

Again, these examples are fairly anecdotal so are largely irrelevant. I can recall being Germany and being on a losing streak as some generals put all their resources in some far off town and getting encircled. Always some idiot called Erwin Rommel
