I didn’t realise the Closed Beta was from 2018. It still shocks me that Enlisted was first announced in 2016. Although I guess the game sort of looks dated now.

Well it wasn’t exactly Enlisted they just used it’s codename as application name. It was Cuisine Royale at first and then from that game they build up Enlisted we know now.

Yeah Moscow Beta was crazy good gameplay, the most memorable difference was stronger AI, while the worst thing about old Enlisted was that bolt actions didn’t down in one shot against vitality.
Also friendly fire + nuke like bombing runs was pure madness. Also the ridiculous artillery spam…
Note I call it Moscow beta, because Moscow maps were all we had, well technically Berlin was already playable for some veteran alpha players, but the first real “playable” maps were officially Moscow - later they added Normady as a campaign, but due to AI shooting through bushes, AI got nerfed drastically.
I argued back in the days to simply lower the amount of bushes and trees, since visual cover isnt real cover anyways - but too many people complained about bots shooting through bushes.
Goodness gracious when I hear CBT I think Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
