Does anyone know how we up the build levels on engineers now? I cannot build MGs AA or AT guns, returning message about needing build level 3…any pointers on how to get my game back 
Squad upgrades let you build AA/AT, MG seems to be removed.
This day just keeps getting better.

you have to unlock them in the tech tree
They are now items in the personnel development tree
