The engineer cannot repair MG nest nor refill or turn around AT gun anymore. Was this planned ?
on PC you still can do all of those things.
on my PC i cannot 
sometimes the options for rotation and replenishing wont appear

You need to have hammer in hand, not your weapon.

he said he can’t rotate it which requires hammer from start.

yes but i didnt realize i must have hammer in hand, even my friends couldnt find out 
i had hunch it was related with hammer also you can’t turn when its placed on ground.
once i get hammer it can be done , in practice it works but i dont know if in battle as well , if anyone has a different experience with it then it should be wrote here
Yeah it’s not intuitive and a bit confusing. It’s because the roles of the soldiers are defined by their equipment and not by their “class”, despite game trying to present it that way.

some hint should appear at least
