My suggestion is like vehicles are unlocked that you can unlock anti tank and anti air static cannons and that they can be changed in same way tanks and planes are in hangar. If player wants to take 2 pounder, 6 pounder, 17 punder, M3 gun or whatever that he can do it, like smaller at guns could be more mobile then huge ones and you open up option of using infantry support guns, field guns or howitzers in slot of anti tank gun. Same goes for anti air mabye one wants to use 20mm oreklion like we have now and maybe other wants to use bofors.
