no it would terrible. Little to no fighting took place inside Leningrad and due to its terrain it would be a Moscow 2.0
Leningrad would only be interesting if it was alt-history and was inside the city.
Then this still can’t explain why you made the rewards for this important festival so perfunctory. Just a portrait and a pistol. I thought it was for a KV-1E. If this is just a part of many plans, I don’t want to see a boring activity like 10 pistols or 10 small toys later. You’d better have something big that we can look forward to.
However, while the Devs are still stingy about default map-linked paintjobs (this should definitely happen), this event is a missed opportunity to add white-washed KV-1 skin:
Wow, that’s so cool! Oh, this skin is just so beautiful. It would have been great if they had said that the major update would be about the Siege of Leningrad. After all, for their own country’s maps, they do a decent job of combining history and gameplay. I even wanted to see the KV in 1942.
Tanks in Enlisted suffer from a major lack of faction insignia and turret numbers, all looking bare bones.
Just a suggestion from November 2021:
Same thing as when Ovechkin the hockey player caused an event in Enlisted and we could’ve gotten a turret number decal, but alas this is too much to ask:
