I don’t know if you noticed, but whenever you fire a flamethrower into enemy buildings, the personnel mines there don’t explode even out of building the ground. Game developers need to fix this issue
Mines do not explode from fire. So is TNT, which is the material for these mines.
You can safely throw TNT into the fire.
It’s a Hollywood movie myth that TNT explodes in a fire.
No, AP mines are supposed to be a counter to flamethrowers (among other things),
Flamethrowers should NOT trigger AP mines, so its fine as it is.
If you are using a flamethrower properly, you shouldn’t even need to go inside the building with it in the first place. Burn out the enemies then go in with other infantry.
In fact, there is a really good setup of perks and equipment you can use on riflemen if you think there is likely to be mines around.

This works, although I guess more people would alternatively just spam grenades like hell at every step.
Well, everyone seems to pack grenade pouches as it is, so if they want to keep chucking grenades thats on them.
Personally, when I set mines, I try not to set many indoors, as an enemy grenade triggering the mine will actually cause the mines to kill my teammates.
(But of course, everyone complains when they are set outside as well.)
That’s why I set them in doorways.
Technically not inside nor outside.
