Economy and progression changes I would like to see in the game (Moscow example)

The worst offender on the Moscow campaign in terms of historical accuracy is the Mkb 42(H) where this should’ve stayed in Stalingrad and give the Germans a Beretta M38 with 40 round magazine or the Suomi Kp 31 with the drum mag where atleast those make more sense than the Mkb for Moscow.

Its a “counter” to a weapon that was discarded & spent by ~mid 1940.

and F2…

Moscow needs the pz1 instead of pz4f2. Thanks to very accurate lmg overheating, pz1 wouldn’t be too overpowered vs t34.

Joke aside, I like the pz1 for real. Wish there was one somewhere in some campaign…

To some degree they do. It’s called game balancing. Without it, nobody would play that other side for more than a game or two. Why? Because playing a game that is stacked against you really isn’t fun.
Look at Pacific campaign: Allies get a steady stream of decent equipment, while Axis gets junk for a long while, then a handful of OP equipment, then more junk.
It’s not fun to play as Japanese for the first like 15 levels of the campaign, so most people don’t stick with it, which is why there is so much issue with low count lobbies.

Why not to give everybody good guns at first and fulling last levels with unique junk.
Some nation has more unique junk - not a big deal.

Because then majority of the player base would play for a much shorter duration of time, decreasing the amount of active player base as a whole. There are already issues in this regard, adding to that problem would not be beneficial to the overall state of the game.

f2p games with progression is such a big trap for everybody involved in.

So is pretty much every other game on the market in today’s age! At least with “F2P”, its up to the user how much they actually value the game. Rather than other types that make you pay $60-$100 out the gate just for the game itself, which may or may not be good, and may or may not get better. Though those are usually full of cosmetic BS too, not to mention major corporations footing the bill for initial development.

I’m being completely honest when I say THIS dev team is doing better than pretty much any other I have seen in the last 10 years of gaming. Just because the game isn’t extremely easy and everything is just given to the player, doesn’t mean its a bad system! A lot of us actually enjoy the grind, as it keeps a goal in front of us that a lot of other games give up too easily.

no its not illogical, germans may have over 400.000 stg’s and little over 400.000 gewehr43’s, thats absolutely nothing compared to close to 15.000.000 kar98k’s of all variants, plus there were over 3.500.000 mannlichers produced, so boltactions completely outnumber the semi auto and automatic weapons.

if its a luftwaffe weapon, whats it doing in infantry service then?
also lugers are far more common than p38 because there were more of them produced than the p38’s, compare 3.000.000 lugers to 1.000.000 p38’s, c96 has little over 1.100.000 numbers in total

i mean it depends on the campaign, on campaigns such as berlin, the axis will have to just be creative, or the allies could just get slowed down

i did mention that the system wont have to be the same the entire length of the weapons tree, on some case scenarios it will have to be altered, so as said, the shitty rare weapons wont cost alot, so instead of paying 467238046238462380462 silver orders for a super rare boltaction rifle produced by the end of ww2, you’d instead pay a normal price, 1 silver order or so. this system will mostly just bog down op and rare weapons

You can try what ever game for 2 hours in steam, dont like it ? Refund it.

Dont even want to know what games you have played.

I really cant figure any easier games in FPS category as we speak.

And they were not available/ produced for most part of the war until 43/44.

Ask the devs.

Because it was produced during a far longer period than the P38… obviously…
But this doesnt really mean that 1,1m P08s were used during WW2.

So nothing will change lol

Except it doesnt except Axis weapons.

It also doesnt make sense to compare production numbers of a BA rifle with a SMG, MG whatever.

im aware

one way or another there were alot of them made, and i doubt that with such high production numbers that they were meant for officers only

alot can change, my idea of changing is to ensure that both sides dont initiate op weapon spam, and make maps that people like, and remove undesired maps

it will also bog down the allies’ weapons, some quite rare weapons like the avs 36 and avt 40 would just cost alot compared to svt40
