Solution
In the academy screen, let me be able to drag a soldier from reserve onto a soldier that is assigned to the squard, to take his place and his wepons, just like in the squad management screen.
Problem
I often find my self in the academy screen wanting to train my men, but i only have lets say 2 troops with one star in reserve and some with 3 stars or more. Also a lot of men with one star assigned to some squad. then i have to go to the squads menu and click through all of my squads to find that soldier that has one star so i can replace him with someone from reserves, maybe a level 3 star since i dont have any without a star at the moment but i do have enough to be training my men.
And then back to academy screen to do the training.
