want to give a soldier in a new a better weapon without using a silver order, hunt through you’re old squads to find that weapon, what we need is an option to remove all gear from a squad, had a panic attack when i thought i missed out on one of my 50 round smg Lancaster so a collect all special gold order weapons would help too

Yes one hundred percent, maybe even a swap everyone with lower level rifleman option. But the gear is the hard part.
yes, I have asked for an unequip all squads button for a while.
Lost my Cloth Wrapped Kar 98k sniper…no idea where it is 
(too lazy to comb through every squad and soldier to find it)

You lazy butt, that’s supposedly one of the easiest to find.

The entire process of equipping squads and soldiers needs to be looked at. It’s so obnoxious when I get a new squad unlocked and then have to go through and clear equipment from the squad I’m replacing, then make sure the squad I’m removing has “enough soldiers to be in reserve”(???) then equip the new soldiers.
