Early predictions, will the Monte Cassino event be good?

Tomorrow (hopefully) we will get an event celebrating the victory at Monte Cassino. And I wonder if you think the rewards will be good

I predict they will be scummy yet again and make it so that the score gained in the new event does NOT share with the ISU152 event.

But as for the topic, I’m for some reason kinda hopeful for this one. There’s decent potential for some interesting Italian stuff (especially planes) to be introduced, but I guess we’ll see what the rewards are once the event drops.

It shouldn’t be as bad as the Tunisia event last time. It’ll probably be tough, likely just four daily mini quests over four days. Still, there’s no telling if they’ll pull off annoying silly missions to frustrate players, like getting 30 kills with pistols, 100 kills as riflemen, or 20 kills with landmines and TNT. They’d even crash game servers just to boost online player counts and force everyone to keep grinding.

Monte Casino was historically the only battle where FG42 were used extensively - one of the reasons why US troops had so many losses there.

Maybe a reason to do some FG42 event.

I think the Dev’s have disappointed the players enough now that I imagine there will be very little faith in future rewards. :man_shrugging:

I predict one or two meh weapons, and a bunch of useless portraits. :shushing_face:

In my prediction, I think the rewards will be one portrait, two Italian army decals, and color variants of the AB41 and M13/41.

its a mini event I really hope we get Assaulter squad or fighter squad or ground attacker squad but I doubt that it will be some very bad reward… :frowning:

If there’s a battlepass then i kinda hope it like the ww1 version since that one is pretty good ngl

Idk what the 2nd zombie extraction event was like (since i wasnt there) but the ww1 pass was imo the best event pass so far. (unlike gun game and 1st zombie extraction)
