When you kill a guy while he is cooking a grenade and it drops to his feet that grenade should do damage to the surrounding enemy players on your behalf.
Cant happen, as there no FF 
Would also, in that case work against your own team, as well, if you cooking gren .
PS there is FF for your self though, dont ask me how i know 
If you kill the guy cooking the grenade, that grenade counts as yours, but it only kills the team of the player who cooked the grenade.

No it only kill the actual soldier player controlled, but is still an enemy granade

Kills the entire party of a given player. The same grenade thrown away.
I have noticed many times that, when getting killed while cooking a grenade, the grenade explodes immediately instead of falling to the ground and exploding there later.
I still think that all kinds of grenades, bundles of dynamite, HE shells, artillery shells or bombs should cause friendly fire.
That’s how it was in CBT and first you waited until the artillery fire ended, which was endless because there was no queue (then they rebalanced it and it’s like now that there is a queue), and only after that you went to take the point.
Although the artillery fire that lasted the entire battle added to the immersiveness of the fighting on the Eastern Front.
