Is the FP5 the only plane with drop tank?
Yes and no
There is also an event FP5 that is an almost exact clone of the premium version and ofcourse the japanese A6M3 premium and event squad.
But othere that that yes. No other planes have drop tanks.

Darenius was right, the Japan A6M3 (premium and event squad) has it and I have both 
. I am going to get the FP5 when they do the half off thing. I was really impressed with that drop tank in our desert match yesterday. It wiped my whole squad and then was burning for a while. It made the area impassible. When I respawned I tried running through it to just see, big mistake! Of course bots followed my death lead!
