Drivers should be able to open hatch and see out

As far as I know and have tested, the commander is the only one that can open the tank hatch and look out. The driver should also have this ability as they actually did. I suggest that this ability be added to the armored vehicles.

Or at least drive with drive hatch being opened on the vehicles that can do so

I also made that same suggestion that drivers can open the hatch and see out. This is historicaly accurate. Thumbs up for this suggestion.
