Why you aint ask about a Thommy - its your own smg - why keep it rubbish br4 stuff?
But I voted to put it in BR3, 30rnd SMGs at BR4 are kind of ridiculous anyway

Because M21/28 is easy to control due to its lower Horizontal recoil, I used it a ton back in Tunisia and even so till this day. Comparing it to the M1928A1, the low left-right swinging makes all the difference.

If your arguement about the M21/28 is because it has a higher Vertical recoil than the M1928A1, its real simple
Horizontal recoil goes either Left or Right, two directions
Vertical recoil goes only Up, one direction
Now controlling and trying to compensate on 2 directions means you moving your mouse left to right, but a recoil moving up? That’s only moving your mouse down

We still have Thompson with a same recoil stats at br 2. Does 10 rounds difference really can make 2 BR difference?

We have 15 rounds difference with a same MKB for III and IV br. More damage, more rounds - 1 br difference
You are either confusing Mkb42(M) or StG45(M) with Mkb42(H) which is actually BR5.

You got an example of 2 TT smgs - Type 2 - all equal stats but 20 rounds difference - br 3 and 4.
Pretty sure the differencies were explained above by others so im not going to repeat them.
