Don't decide period of battle pass next time

if you always extend date, it’s just false hope
just write N/A in expiry date

The devs could have easily just misinterpreted how big an issue was, just be happy they’re getting the content done and ready to go for players.

as dev are seller, I’m buyer of that product, why I have to just always follow them without objections
seller has there own right, but buyer has too

This is a f2p game, they probably ran into an issue this major update, simply be patient tbh, I get it’s annoying they’ve extended the battle pass multiple times, but you have to keep in mind that it’s most likely for good reason.

They try to get the update done by the time battle pass expires. But with Stalingrad and new mechanics coming they prop faced some issues which delayed them. Give them the time they need and we will get a update that works. Make them release it now and it will be mess. I rather have the first option.

yes, but they announce about that first if they have problem

I would follow your logic if I paid nothing, but unfortunately, I’m not

As Keofox said somewhere, the date shows how much guaranteed time there is left for players to finish all their tasks.

So for example someone joins in the middle of the season and wants to buy the Elite BP. If there would be no time counter such player wouldn’t know if he can get all the rewards he wants and get his gold back. That’s why we need the estimated date of the end of BP. So no “N/A”.

But we definetely also need more transparency and communication on the Darkflow side. Right now we can for 99% say that BP will be extended once more, but the official info will most likely come late tommorow or on Wednesday. And that’s a bit late imo. We wouldn’t be kept waiting until the last moment. We need to know for sure few days before the extension that it will happen.

Did you or did you not agreed with the game TOS when you signed a account?

if you cant rememeber:

(…)
2.5. Services may be updated and modified without User’s consent or notification. Services provide at “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and Gaijin does not guarantee meeting User’s needs and expectations unless explicitly and unambiguously stipulated by the Terms and Conditions.
(…)

they dont own you nothing. if they fail to meet a deadline on a online game because they are working on the game to be better, so be. lets just wait for god sake. is that too much to ask?

you should read it once. that and any service EULA.

i mean, you had to accept both when you created your account, you as any costumer follow rules on a service, at the end of the day, that paper covers most actions, mistakes or what ever they can make.

they, at the end of the day can stop the game tomorow without any notice and we have to simply accept it.
they can even remove items from the game or any service in the game and we are not entitled to a refund. yes we are not.

after all, we accepted their terms befor making our accounts.

I mean who really reads the EULA? We should but, pretty much nobody does. Just don’t be a dick and give the devs the time.

Is there anyone know that…like, you people actually purchased battle pass with gold, and you have every right as a customer?

Seriously? Don’t be a ‘dick’? You mean, acting like customer who knows his right? Come on, this is about business and it needs professionalism. We pay, they provide stuff. It’s that simple. This time, they didn’t.

Yes, postponed updates are really common incidents. As a fan, we can relate and as an experienced gamer, I can understand that. But this is not about the update or battle pass itself. This is about how they handle the incident. They failed to provide correct information to prevent further damage, appropriate reimbursement, formal apology, anything. This is hurting their trustworthiness.

Buying doesn’t mean I’m blindly following or supporting them. And actually, customers don’t have any obligation to condone their failure or negligence. Forum is not a fan club and a customer doesn’t necessarily have to be a fan. Their support can stop if devs fail to deliver.

As of now, they started to fail.

Don’t get me wrong, It is annoying it gets extended and we have to wait longer on a update. but that is it. When This battle pass was released and you bought it you agreed with how long you had on it. It is not like they did not deliver that promised amount of time. So which right as a customer was violated?
