Does dev just messed up with uniform again?

OMG, here we goes again.

I am using redio squad, of course it is belonged to soviet technical roles and should get blue for the collar tab.
Reset back to old days. I havent seen red collar tab for years.

I disagree. I missed this uniform, it looks great in my opinion. I hope we are allowed to keep it
(why dont they simply add both?)
